Rose Hill Orchard in Lake Country is every bit as serene as it sounds. 

They have a 10-acre orchard with sheep, mini horses, chickens, and guinea fowl running around. What makes it complete is a beautiful pond with little ducks.

9. Blind Rooster Berry Farm

Among all the family-owned farms with a mammoth history, Blind Rooster Berry is quite new. However, they have been going strong ever since they started in 2012. They sell U-pick Saskatoons and Haskaps for $7-$10/lb (USD 5.17-USD 7.38)

They don’t allow pets and they accept cash, cheque, or e-transfers. And they ask that you bring your own bag for picking.

Summerland Strawberry Farm is about a 40-minute drive South of Downtown Kelowna. While it may be a bit of a drive, the beautiful, scenic route alone will make it worthwhile for you. 

The farm itself also offers majestic views and sweet succulent strawberries for U-pick at $2.75/lb (USD 2.04). The strawberry season usually lasts through June. They also offer U-pick raspberries!
